Rowan Wills brings more than 25 years of lean transformation experience across industries including electronics, medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, metal-alloy production, machine-building, and supply chain. Starting his first project on a shop floor in Spain in 2000, he has since guided organizations across Europe, Asia, and Latin America toward lasting operational improvements, first as a practitioner and then as a consultant.
His career included executive roles as Production Director and Head of Quality Management before he dedicated himself fully to consulting. His work is defined by a single discipline: identifying the leverage points within a value stream and building the internal capability for teams to sustain the change long after an engagement closes.
Fluent in seven languages—English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian—with working Mandarin, Rowan operates at the intersection of operational precision and cultural fluency. He advises Khepera Capital Management on operational assessment and improvement across portfolio companies and prospective assets, ensuring that the value identified in a transaction can be realized and held.
